Telford Raiders to face Nottingham Outlaws in Midlands Men's League Final

Telford Raiders to face Nottingham Outlaws in Midlands Men's League Final

This Saturday, at 2.30pm, Telford Raiders will face Nottingham Outlaws in the highly anticipated Midlands Men’s League Final at Aston Old Edwardians RFC, Birmingham.

Previously, Telford Raiders have topped the table with five wins from seven games, earning 10 points and boasting an astonishing +140 points difference. Nottingham Outlaws also secured five wins from seven games and 10 points, but with a 91+ points difference, placing them a nail-biting second.

During the semi-final, Telford Raiders triumphed over Sherwood Wolf Hunt with a 20-12 victory. Nottingham Outlaws followed by defeating Birmingham Bulldogs 20-8.

The two sides destined for the final met earlier this season, with Nottingham edging out Telford Raiders with a narrow 22-20 win during their league encounter.

Having competed in the Yorkshire Men’s League Division 1 last season, Nottingham Outlaws have made a statement and their presence known since joining the Midlands Men’s League this season. With Telford Raiders being reigning Champions, it will be the classic case of Defending Champions vs Newcomers.

Be there for an exciting, action-packed match as these two formidable teams clash for the Midlands Men’s League title.
