
Whitehaven have announced that Kyle Amor has agreed to take over as Head Coach until the end of the 2024 Betfred Championship season.
Amor, featured for the side in 2009 and 2010 before his illustrious career in Super League, which saw the prop lift the Super League trophy with St Helens on numerous occasions.
The Cumbrian takes over from Jonty Gorley, who announced his departure from Haven on Sunday following their 28-24 home victory over Doncaster.
Amor will take charge of his first game this Sunday at the Flair Stadium as Whitehaven travel to face the Dewsbury Rams.
