Today marks an important day in the NCL calendar as fixtures were revealed for the forthcoming 2025 season.
Each club revealed their first fixture on social media this morning (8.00am) with the remainder of the fixtures being made available at 12 noon.
The 46-team, four division National Conference League begins in March with an enthralling first round of fixtures.
The Premier Division kicks off on Saturday 8th March when promoted Dewsbury Moor Maroons host champions Hunslet ARLFC. 2024 beaten Grand Finalists Siddal start with a home tie against Lock Lane while Waterhead Warriors begin life in the top division with an intriguing game against derby rivals Rochdale Mayfield. West Hull travel over to Wath Brow Hornets, Leigh Miners Rangers have a trip to West Bowling and York Acorn host Thatto Heath Crusaders.
Division Two also shares the limelight that day with a Dewsbury derby between Dewsbury Celtic and Thornhill set to get local tongues wagging. Promoted Drighlington and East Leeds have home ties against Ellenborough Rangers and Pilkington Recs while Hensingham face a testing early season trip to Hull Dockers. In the other two games Barrow Island travel down to Clock Face Miners and Normanton Knights host Skirlaugh.
Division One gets underway on Saturday 15th March as Crosfields host Ince Rose Bridge while relegated Egremont Rangers are at home to promoted Wigan St Judes. Heworth face what on paper looks like a stern test at home to Oulton Raiders while Oldham St Annes repeat their Division Two rivalry with fellow promoted side Shaw Cross Sharks. Stanningley face Kells and Wigan St Patricks face a derby tie against Woolston Rovers.
Division Three starts a week later, on 22nd March with new boys Keighley Albion hosting Bentley. Myton Warriors face a long trip to Cumbria to face Distington while improving Featherstone Lions host Leigh East. Another long trip awaits Milford with Millom hosting in Round One while relegated Saddleworth Rangers start life in the bottom division with a home game against Beverley.
