Club Fees
Club online payments is optional and available for any club who wishes to use it. Please note that Game Day charge 3.55% (plus VAT) on every payment for using this service.
Step 1
Log into your passport account
Step 2
Click on 'Membership & Competition Management'.
Step 3
Click on your clubs logo.
Step 4
Click on Registrations then Payment Configuration.
Step 5
Click on Add Bank Account Details
Step 6
Submit your Club’s bank details and upload a copy of your latest bank statement. You must also specify your Club’s card descriptor.
Click the Update button.
Step 7
Your bank account details will now be sent for verification.
Allow 3 to 5 business days for this to occur.
If there are any issues with the details you have provided Game Day will contact you.
Step 8
You will now need to create a Product(s) in order to add these to your registration form.
Products may be membership, merchandise or other fees that you may wish to collect as part of the registration process.
In order to add products, go to Registrations, then Products and follow the steps laid out in the support guide by clicking here.
Step 9
Once you have created your Product(s), you then need to attach them to the relevant form. You can do this by clicking Registration Forms and ‘Edit’ on the relevant registration form.
Then, you can follow the steps to add your Club Product(s) to the registration form by clicking here
Step 10
Finally, you are able to share the form link with your members in order for them to register, by pressing either ‘View’ or ‘Share’. This will give you the unique form URL.
