TagFest Leeds will return to Stanningley ARLFC for a tenth year running on Saturday 10 August following a hugely successful event in 2023.
Run by RFL partner, Try Tag Rugby, last year’s event saw 28 mixed teams travel from Ireland, London, Reading, Manchester and Wigan to compete against a large number of players from Yorkshire on home soil.
The first matches of the day will kick-off at 11am and culminate with the Cup final on the main pitch, in front of the clubhouse. The winners’ presentations will take place shortly after the final.
All teams will play through the pool stages to determine whether they make it into the Cup or Plate competition.
Just over 15 minutes from Leeds City Centre the venue is ideally situated between Leeds and Bradford, close to the Leeds Outer Ring Road and five miles from Leeds and Bradford Airport with easy access to the motorway network. The postcode for the venue is LS13 1PA - players are welcome to leave their cars overnight and enjoy the after party.
