This weekend (Saturday 19 October) the Rugby League Girls’ Finals Day will take place at Featherstone Rovers Millennium Stadium (WF7 5EN), marking the end of the 2024 season which has seen more girls than ever participating in Rugby League.
Four exciting matches will be going ahead, with both Cup and League Finals taking place; it is set to be a celebration of the outstanding talent that girls’ Rugby League has to offer across the Community Game, from Under 13s all the way up to Under 16s.
The event will see numerous teams battle on the field for glory including Wigan St Patricks, Hull Kingston Rovers, Drighlington, Rochdale Mayfield, Whinmoor Warriors, Dewsbury Moor, Greetland Allrounders and Bronte Barbarians.
Spectators are encouraged to come down to watch what promises to be an action-packed day of Rugby League. There will be an entry fee of £5 for adults, all Under 18s are free.
